How can I add a new Category?

In this article, we’ll show you how to add a new category that can be used in the Mailissa Team module.

Step 1: Log in to the Mailissa Portal

Open your browser and navigate to https://portal.mailissa.com. Log in using your M365 credentials (username and password).

Step 2: Access Categories

Go to the Categories tab in the Mailissa portal. Here, you’ll see an overview of all existing categories and their settings.

Step 3: Add a New Category

  • Click on the “New Category” button.

  • Assign a name to the new category and choose a suitable color.

  • Optionally, you can add translations for the category.

By following these steps, you can create and customize new categories to efficiently organize emails in the Mailissa Team module.
