In this article, we’ll show you how to update existing categories for Mailissa Team.
Step 1: Log in to the Mailissa Portal
Open your browser and go to https://portal.mailissa.com. Log in using your M365 username and password.
Step 2: Edit a Category
To edit an existing category:

Click the blue gear icon next to the category you want to edit.

In the edit dialog, you can change the category name and assign a new color.
Important Technical Categories
There are three specific categories that cannot be deleted, but can be edited:

Transferred – Indicates that an email has been successfully transferred using Mailissa Transfer.

Assigned – Indicates that the email has been assigned to a person using Mailissa Team.

Comment – Indicates that the email has been commented on using Mailissa Team.
