Why is the Mailissa Icon Grey?

The Mailissa Icon appears grey when the reading pane is disabled. Here's how you can fix this easily: 

Step 1: Enable the Reading Pane
Go to View > Reading Pane and enable the reading pane. You can choose to display it either on the right or at the bottom.

Once the reading pane is enabled, the Mailissa button should become selectable again.

Alternative: Open the Email
If you prefer not to enable the reading pane, you can open the desired email by double-clicking it to use Mailissa.
